You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following criteria:

• You purchased the product directly from Cognitive K9
• The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the bandana
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement or refund. We will accept returns for a bandana that has:

• Holes or Rips 
• Snaps not working 
• Sent wrong item 

We will NOT accept returns for ordering the wrong size if you have any questions about sizing please reach out.

Cognitive K9 reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

You may request the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, we may have already started processing your order, making it difficult to cancel.

 

To request order cancellation, please contact our customer support team by email at ck9nyc@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation in your communication. Our support team will guide you through the cancellation process.

 

If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
